Configuring the Time Zone:
- Access the ChatPro.digital control panel.
- Click Settings.
- Click on Company.
- In Time zone, select the zone for your location. (Suggested time zone: America/Sao_Paulo).
- Click Update to save the settings.
Creating the Trigger Logic:
Use the flow below as a basis to direct service according to the time of day.
Flow:

Flow Explanation:
- The "Get Current Time" block captures the current system time.
- The "Compare Time" block compares the current time with the configured time intervals.
