Greeting with Good Morning, Good Afternoon and Good Night

See how to greet your contact according to the current time.

Configuring the Time Zone:

  1. Access the ChatPro.digital control panel.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click on Company.
  4. In Time zone, select the zone for your location. (Suggested time zone: America/Sao_Paulo).
  5. Click Update to save the settings.

Creating the Trigger Logic:

Use the flow below as a basis to direct service according to the time of day.

  1. The "Get Current Time" block captures the current system time.
